R V Rajan

Founder – President, RMAI

2020 marks 15 years of RMAI and I couldn’t be more proud of what we've accomplished together on the path laid by the founder's and predecessors. Year on year a lot has evolved since the inception of this industry body but what hasn’t changed is our ethos. I hope to see more young blood entering the rural marketing industry with passage of time.

Understand there is a lot that has changed in India and the rural landscape, especially with the penetration of mobile technology and electrification. However, the need to communicate and engage consumers in rural remains challenging and am glad to see the continued efforts of the association to remain together so you share, learn and continue to make a difference to the segment.
